Jeremy Kerley (elbow) participated in Jets practice again Friday. Not that we expect Kerley to "save" Geno Smith, but the rookie QB has fallen off of a cliff ever since Kerley's elbow dislocation. So his return can only help. Kerley will play against Oakland. He just won't be a fantasy option.
