Eagles will sign WR/KR Brad Smith. The Bills waived Smith off injured reserve Friday. He'll step into Chip Kelly's scheme as depth at wideout and a potential Wildcat quarterback. Smith, 30, could also very well take Damaris Johnson's job on both punt and kickoff returns.
