Texans interim coach Wade Phillips said Monday CB Kareem Jackson (chest) has an "outside chance" to play in Week 11. The Texans may not rush Jackson back because they're playing the nose-diving 3-6 Raiders at home, but it's good news he avoided a long-term injury. Jackson was originally feared to have suffered a rib fracture in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. As it turns out, Jackson has a "chest contusion," or bruise.
