Jameel McClain will start at inside linebacker in Sunday's game against the Browns. Playing for the first time since sustaining a spinal cord injury in Week 14 of last season, McClain had six tackles in Week 7. He's come out of the bye healthy and will start ahead of Josh Bynes. Expect some kind of rotation initially.
