Redskins SS Reed Doughty (questionable, concussion) has been ruled out for Week 8 against the Broncos. Doughty was limited in practice this week and still hasn't been cleared to return from his concussion. With Brandon Meriweather suspended, the Redskins will likely go with a combination of E.J. Biggers, Bacarri Rambo, and Jordan Pugh as their starting safeties.
