If there's ever going to be a time when Vick Ballard gets a big workload, this is it. Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) is still working his way into the mix and the Colts figure to be nursing a big lead against the lowly Raiders. Eventually, we're expecting Ballard to take a clear backseat to Bradshaw in the Colts' committee.
Tough call. I don't know how Ahmad is going to be utilized. Mathews and BJGE has starting spot locked up. I would go Matthews but its a roll of the dice either way.
Take it from a frustrated Mathews owner from last year...start almost anyone over this guy. He is the biggest example of unrealized potential the NFL has seen in years.
Mathews does not have bigger time share that Bradshaw. How do you figure that? Ballard took starting job over from Donald Brown and easily proved he could carry out all three phases: run between tackles, catch passes, get tough yards.
What does that have to do with Mathews and your timeshare comment. More importantly the result of today's game should also reinforce that fact that Ballard will get touches along with Bradshaw.

bradshaw has fully practiced all week, might still be a little risky but he's got the most skill of your choices and the best matchup

?? i didnt have a timeshare comment.. never said ballard wouldnt get carries. all i ever said was bradshaw practiced all week and d brown sucks..
