Raiders WR Jacoby Ford (knee) has resumed practicing in training camp. Ford remains the favorite to open the year as Oakland's No. 3/slot receiver, but still must hold off rookie Brice Butler. Butler did take a step back in the second preseason game after making two big plays in the exhibition opener.
