Bills placed S Mana Silva on the reserve/left squad list. Silva is apparently retiring after two weeks of camp. Coach Doug Marrone wasn't happy the safety didn't tell him before taking off. "If it's a personal thing I would like to expect the player to come to me and say, 'I have this going on I would like to be excused,'" said Marrone. If Silva gets the itch to play again, he's going to have some convincing to do. The Bills retain his rights.
