The Raiders are working out free agent QB Tyler Thigpen on Tuesday. Thigpen's tryout comes ahead of Seneca Wallace's, who will work out on Wednesday. The Raiders are intent on adding a veteran "mentor" for Matt Flynn and Terrelle Pryor, but would be better off giving the roster spot to someone who might actually play, or remain in Oakland beyond 2013.
