Cowboys re-signed WR Anthony Armstrong. The Cowboys dumped Armstrong last week in a salary cap move, but quickly get him back in the fold following a Tuesday visit with the Giants. He has a decent chance to crack the roster as a situational deep threat. Although Armstrong had just three catches in five games for the Dolphins last year, he posted a 44/871/3 line with the Redskins as a rookie in 2010.
