Jaguars re-signed WR Jordan Shipley to a two-year, $1.315 million contract. Shipley's status had been murky, but his two-year deal has finally been confirmed. Team observers were surprised when Shipley wasn't tendered a contract as a restricted free agent, but the Jags got him back at half the price of the $1.32 million low tender. The former third-round pick has proven to be a low-impact player, but will likely get a chance to lock-down slot duties in camp.
