Cowboys placed ILB Bruce Carter (elbow) on injured reserve, ending his season. Dallas has now lost both of their Week 1 starting inside 'backers as Carter joins Sean Lee (toe) on injured reserve. Carter finishes his second NFL season with 70 tackles, no sacks and two pass breakups in 11 games. The Cowboys will have to move forward with Ernie Sims and Dan Connor on the inside.
