The Giants don't plan to activate S Tyler Sash (suspension) in time for Sunday's game against the Browns. Sash is eligible to return after serving a four-game suspension to start the season, but he may not be in football shape yet. With Kenny Phillips (knee) out, the Giants will likely turn to Stevie Brown at strong safety. Will Hill will be the lone safety reserve. New York has until 4PM ET on Saturday to activate Sash and have him for Week 5.
