Jets FB John Conner (MCL) has "avoided serious injury," and is day-to-day. Conner aggravated an MCL sprain in Sunday's loss, but could be ready for Sunday's tilt with the Dolphins. The Jets' running game struggled mightily against the Steelers, but it's doubtful Conner's absence was a major factor.
