Bills CB Terrence McGee (patellar tendon surgery) has been cleared to practice in training camp. McGee recovered quickly for a 31-year-old with injury issues in recent years. He should have the inside track on Buffalo's nickel/slot cornerback job this season. Aaron Williams and Stephon Gilmore will be the starters outside.
