Chargers signed No. 18 overall pick DE Corey Liuget to a four-year contract. Liuget comes in to rush the passer out of the right end spot in San Diego's 3-4. Even though Jacques Cesaire was re-signed last week, Liuget will almost certainly start come Week 1. It's a boost for a defense that tied for second in the league with 47 sacks last season.
