The Dolphins worked out free agent LBs Ernie Sims and Omar Gaither on Monday. Miami is transitioning from a 3-4 to a 4-3 scheme, and Sims and Gaither are both lightweight 4-3 outside 'backers. Neither player has been signed yet.
