Anthony Fasano was held out of Dolphins practice on Wednesday with a head injury. Fasano wasn't known to have been hurt in Sunday's win over the Bills, but apparently may be concussed. If that's indeed the case, he's going to have a very difficult time getting cleared for Saturday's game against the Patriots. His status will be updated Thursday.
