Bucs agreed to terms with P Michael Koenen on a six-year contract. Atlanta franchise tagged Koenen in each of the last two years, but they weren't going to pay him another $3 million for 2011. Especially not after Koenen finished 28th in the league in net punting average. Koenen has plenty of talent, but the Bucs may have to make some tweaks to ensure this commitment is worthwhile.
