Giants re-signed CB/KR Will Blackmon. He'll take the roster spot vacated by Michael Coe, who was placed on injured reserve Monday. Injury prone, Blackmon struggled as a return-man last season, averaging just 6.4 yards on punts and 18.3 yards on kickoffs. His snaps on defense will be limited.
