Redskins agreed to terms with DT Barry Cofield on a six-year contract. The Redskins were fully expected to pursue Cofield, who will presumably replace Ma'ake Kemoeatu as the starting nose tackle in Jim Haslett's 3-4 scheme. Cofield bounced back nicely in 2011, grading out as a top-12 tackle in Pro Football Focus' ratings. Mike Shanahan's club is still expected to battle the Cowboys for free agent DE Cullen Jenkins this week.
