Owens (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, BJ Kissel of the Chiefs' official site reports. Owens is still dealing with an LCL and bone bruise issue dating back to Week 5 against the 49ers. It will cause him to miss his third straight game, with Phillip Gaines and Jamell Fleming again expected to pick up the slack in his place.
