Flowers was prevented from finishing Sunday's game versus the Raiders due to a groin injury, ESPN.com reports. Flowers has fared quite well since joining the Chargers this offseason, as he currently leads San Diego with seven passes defensed and two interceptions. Furthermore, the cornerback ranks fourth on the team with 20 tackles (19 solo). At the moment, it's unclear if Flowers' groin injury will keep him sidelined moving forward, but if that proves to be the case, rookie Chris Davis is expected to fulfill a larger role in San Diego's secondary.
