Bowe had three receptions on six targets for 42 yards in Sunday's loss at San Francisco. Coming off his most productive game of the season against New England on Monday Night Football, Bowe wasn't much of a factor Sunday. He's getting almost exactly six targets per game, although he's only been thrown to a total of two times in the red zone. When one considers that Bowe is getting less looks from close range, making fewer big plays (hasn't had a catch of 40 yards or more since Dec. 9, 2012), and the emergence of tight end Travis Kelce, who caught another touchdown Sunday, it's hard to get super excited about Bowe's 2014 outlook. He won't play next Sunday, as Kansas City will have its bye week.

i should have been smart-enoiugh to trade him the day they signed alex smith. guy doesn't have a strong-enough arm to utilize a WR. has a hard-enough time getting it to a TE or RB.

Biwe was always somewhat of an enigma but you're right about the addition of Alex. Just killed his career
