Lewis (knee) practiced fully Thursday, the Jaguars' official site reports. Barring a setback, it looks like Lewis will draw a probable designation for Sunday's game against Washington, on the heels of a Week 1 effort in which he recorded six catches on nine targets for 35 yards.
