Powell (hamstring), who practiced on limited basis Tuesday, could play in Thursday's preseason opener against the Colts, the Daily News reports. Chris Johnson, Chris Ivory and Powell are currently listed as first-teamers on the Jets' depth chart and while we suspect that when all three are healthy, Powell slots in behind Johnson and Ivory, coach Rex Ryan suggests that the team is inclined to use a committee approach at running back this season. "I definitely think it's going to be a committee approach. When you have Chris Ivory, Chris Johnson and Bilal Powell, I think that's a pretty safe bet," Ryan noted.
