Texans signed OLB Quentin Groves. Groves, 30, was cut by the Browns last month and had previously worked out for the Titans, Redskins, Patriots, and Jets. While the former second-round pick never developed into an impact pass-rusher, Groves is a serviceable reserve who excels on special teams. He has a legit shot at the 53-man roster.
