Titans released QB Rusty Smith. The Titans will roll with only Ryan Fitzpatrick behind Jake Locker. During three seasons in Tennessee, Smith appeared in three games. He did make one start make in 2010, going 17-of-31 for 138 yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions as part of an ugly loss in Houston.
