Giants waived/injured TE Michael Palmer and CB Antonio Dennard. Palmer just signed with the Giants last weekend after spending his first three seasons with the Falcons. Dennard spent all of 2012 on the Jaguars' practice squad. The Giants signed TE Morgan Newton in a corresponding move.
