Titans released CB Frank Walker. The 30-year-old Walker has always looked good in workouts because he has adequate size and blazing speed, but he's a penalty-prone defensive back. The Titans are going to be thin this season behind Cortland Finnegan, Alterraun Verner, and Jason McCourty. Walker will probably get picked up in-season.
