Bucs re-signed QB Dan Orlovsky. Orlovsky, who turns 30 before the season, lasted on the street just four days after his release by the Bucs in what was said to be a procedural move. Orlovsky appeared in only one game in 2012. He went 15-for-20 passing (75 percent) in the preseason with 150 yards (7.5 YPA), one touchdown, and one pick. Orlovsky is considered more of a third-stringer than quality No. 2 quarterback.
