Coach Dennis Allen confirmed that Marcel Reece and Taiwan Jones have both taken snaps with the first-team offense this week.
"We'll play to the strength of the backs we're going to use," OC Greg Knapp said. Translation: Reece's touches will come primarily in the passing game, as he's not trusted to be the primary ball-carrier. Rotoworld ranks him 30th among running back options for Week 10. Reece is a better bet in PPR formats than standard-scoring leagues.
So it sounds like Reece will continue in his same roll just as if McFadden was playing and Taiwan will take over primary duties. . .I p/up both but need to cut one tonight - Reece has longer term value so I'll probably keep him. . .
