Ravens DE Pernell McPhee (thigh, knee) has been ruled out for Week 9. McPhee has been dealing with the injuries over the past two weeks. "I'm just trying to get my knee back right," McPhee said earlier Friday. "I'm pretty banged-up, nicks and bruises." With McPhee sidelined, the Ravens are expected to start Arthur Jones in his place.
