Titans C Eugene Amano has been diagnosed with a torn triceps, and is done for the season. Amano has been the Titans' starting center each of the past four seasons, but the Titans opened up his job up to competition following a dismal 2011, where he graded out as Pro Football Focus' fourth worst center. Fernando Velasco, Kevin Matthews and undrafted rookie William Vlachos will now compete for the job, with Velasco being the favorite. The Titans will also surely be on the lookout for veteran help.
