Unsigned Broncos' franchise player K Matt Prater is not expected to attend this week's minicamp. Unlike Maurice Jones-Drew, Prater can't be fined for not attending the mandatory workouts since he isn't under contract. The sides are working on a five-year deal, and should reach an agreement before the July 16 deadline.
