Bucs declared WR Kealoha Pilares, QB Jimmy Clausen, CB Brandon Hogan, LB Jason Phillips, LB Omar Gaither, G Bryant Browning, and WR Darvin Adams inactive for Week 13 against the Buccaneers.
Pilares has been Carolina's primary kickoff returner this season. The Panthers are otherwise healthy heading into Sunday's division game.

Um, Tampa, if you're going to declare our guys inactive, I wouldn't go bother with Clausen. You should probably start with Newton.
