Bills ILB Andra Davis was benched in favor of rookie Kelvin Sheppard during Sunday's loss to the Giants. The Buffalo News expects Sheppard to formally become the starter going forward. The Bills' defense is getting gashed for 5.1 yards per carry through six games as they head into their bye.
