Clay has been offered a five-year, $38 million deal by the Bills, Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News reports. Clay's deal reportedly contains more than $20 million in guaranteed money -- an enticing offer for the 28-year-old tight end. Since Clay is a restricted free agent, the Dolphins will now have five days to match the offer. Considering they just signed former Pro Bowler Jordan Cameron to a two-year deal, it seems unlikely they'll consider competing with those terms, though they certainly have the cap room to do so. If they choose not too match, Clay should end up as the top Buffalo tight end option in 2015.
