Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said Tuesday that he expects Manning to return for the 2015 season, Denver Post reports.Nearly three weeks after saying he was "not interested in making this a lingering thing," Manning still has yet to announce his decision whether to return for an 18th NFL season. However, Kubiak doesn't seem concerned in the least, saying that Manning and GM John Elway are simply "working through the process." Manning, who recently underwent a comprehensive physical and received a strong assessment, is set to make $19 million in salary this upcoming season.

Kubiak's system should make it so Manning does not get so wore out and tired as fast. I expect to see Denver get off to a fast start again but I would hope they learned their lesson and sit Manning when he gets injured or too tired. Thats what Brock is there for. Give the old man a little break.

Except Peyton won't let Brock play

Peyton wouldn't have been so worn out IF HE HAD AN OFFENSIVE LINE

he passed the ball way too much. they need to have that zone blocking run game to save his arm.

Run more pass less, agree. But sitting him because he is old and needs rest is reason to justify lowering his salary. If he wants to be paid top dollar, than he needs to suck it up and play every down. If he wants to rest more than he should man up and accept a lower salary. Just saying.

fat chance of that but if the Broncos want to make it to the promise land, they need to know when to give him a rest. an extra week off late last season could have made all the difference in the world considering the week 4 bye week.

Not disagreeing with what you say. Once the season is locked up with no chance of improving ones seed, than that is definitely the time to give the old man some rest.
