Romo (back) returned to practice Thursday, the Cowboys' official site reports. As expected, Romo was back at practice Thursday after receiving a routine off day on Wednesday. He'll start Sunday's game against the Packers, whose top QB, Aaron Rodgers, is dealing with a bothersome calf injury.
