The Steelers have ruled Bell (knee) out for Saturday's playoff game against the Ravens, the team's official site reports. With Bell out this weekend, ESPN.com notes that Josh Harris is in line to start in his place, with Dri Archer and the recently-signed Ben Tate, to a lesser degree, also in the mix for touches in the Steelers' backfield on Saturday.
