Martin had 10 carries for 17 rushing yards and failed to catch the only ball thrown his way during Sunday's loss to the Packers. Martin finished with six more carries than backup Charles Sims (four carries for minus-1 yard), though the rookie was able to rack up 30 receiving yards on three catches. It was an ugly performance overall, and Martin could cede more touches to Sims in Week 17 against the Saints, who are allowing the fourth-most rushing yards per game this season, as the Bucs could try to see what they have with the rookie out of West Virginia in the season-finale.
