McCoy (neck) received clearance to play and start against the Giants on Sunday, ESPN.com reports. McCoy is technically listed as questionable on the injury report, but the news of his medical clearance pretty much overrules the injury report. McCoy will start Sunday and, if DeSean Jackson (leg, questionable) is able to suit up, it could actually be a favorable setting against a below average Giants defense. It's always playing with fire to use a player of McCoy's modest talent level in fantasy, however.
