Welker caught 1-of-2 targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 29-16 win over the Chiefs.
Welker converted a 3rd-and-10 during the first quarter, and then went missing for the rest of the day. Even with Julius Thomas (ankle) sidelined, Welker hasn't seen many targets, as the Broncos seemingly prefer to just throw even more passes to Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders.
While disappointing, it's more of a comment on how much of an upgrade Sanders is over Decker than anything else. Decker was slow and not entirely reliable, having two great options outside, Julius inside and Anderson/Ball for check-downs has made Welker more of a decoy than anything else since you can't NOT cover him.
