Jackson (leg) has been downgraded to out, ESPN's John Keim reports. Jackson was carted off the field Sunday with what was originally called a "fibula bruise," and will not return to the contest. The Redskins will have to mount their comeback effort without their leader in both receiving yards and touchdowns.
