Rubin (back) is active for Sunday's game against the Bills. Rubin will resume his regular role at nose tackle in defensive coordinator Jim O'Neil's 3-4 scheme. He's coming off his best statistical output of the season in Week 12, when he tallied four combined tackles and a sack against the Falcons.
