Shorts had just one catch for six yards in Sunday's loss to the Colts. Coming off of a 119-yard performance against the Cowboys before the bye week, Shorts followed up with a dude, notching just one reception on three targets. Shorts is firmly entrenched as the Jags' No. 1 receiver, but his upside is severely limited by the inconsistency of rookie quarterback Blake Bortles, who threw for a season-low 146 with one pick Sunday.
