Cribbs was signed by the Colts on Tuesday. Cribbs will serve as a return specialist in Indianapolis, a skill he has plenty of experience with as the player with the third highest career kick return yardage total in NFL history. When the Colts lost Ahmad Bradshaw for the season due to a broken fibula, their former return man, Dan Herron, was promoted to the No. 2 back, leaving a vacancy on kick and punt returns. Cribbs is unlikely to factor into the offensive scheme much, but has a bit of value in return yardage leagues.
