Lewis (quad) returned to Sunday's game against the 49ers in the third quarter. Well, so much for the Saints officially declaring him out a few minutes earlier. A report by FOX Sports sideline reporter Pam Oliver indicated that Lewis can barely run, and he was limping noticeably after returning to the game, but he's back in there ... at least for now.
