Jackson (toe) is making good progress in his recovery, and the Ravens expect him to return from IR/designated to return for Week 14 against the Dolphins, CSN Baltimore reports. With fellow cornerback Jimmy Smith (foot) out for the season, Jackson may come back to the Ravens as the starting right corner. In the meantime, the team will ride with Danny Gorrer and/or Tramain Jacobs, both of whom were just signed this week, across from Lardarius Webb.
